I recently celebrated my 50th birthday and Giuseppe created a traditional Southern Italian meal for our event. We had changes to the guest list as well as the location but he remained patient and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. Chef Amato created a beautifully presented selection of appetizers and a risotto entree and that were delicious and satisfying. Having a private chef prepare, serve and explain the menu, really added a special layer of charm to the entire affair. We would certainly recommend chef Amato to anyone looking to create a more intimate experience that is not like a typical catered event.
